Tom Murphy
National Sales & Marketing Director

Tom Murphy started his business career in the residential real estate business in Southern California. After only one year, he rapidly led his office to the top office in the company's 25 offices. After a few years of maintaining this top position, he moved his family to Arizona and went into real estate development. Mr. Murphy quickly noticed that the real estate agents he hired did not have the caliber of sales skills he had helped create and develop at his previous employer in California. Tom flew back to California to meet with his top sales person that he had managed in his old office.

This young man, Tom Hopkins, had set many sales records. Mr. Murphy was Tom Hopkins sales manager from the time Tom was 18 and helped him grow into a top sales person by the time he reached his 21st birthday. Mr. Murphy convinced Tom Hopkins to start a sales training company for real estate professionals, and at the end of 1975 they formed the partnership of Tom Hopkins Champions Unlimited. In less than a decade they became the nation's largest real estate training firm and touched the lives of over a million real estate sales professionals by giving them the tools and knowledge they needed to achieve higher incomes.

As CEO, Mr. Murphy's flare for marketing and writing produced many best selling books, audio tapes, video tape training systems and live seminars that to date have been read and heard by millions of people in all fields of sales worldwide.
